
Doris B. Bilotti is an Associate with the law firm of Germano & Cahill, P.C. Ms. Bilotti is involved in all aspects of commercial and residential real property sales and acquisitions, zoning and land use matters, and is engaged in various stages of environmental regulatory proceedings and municipal litigation.
Prior to joining Germano & Cahill in 2004, Ms. Bilotti was an associate at the law firm of Pachman, Pachman & Eldridge where she practiced in the areas of zoning and land use, real estate, condemnation, municipal law, estates and trusts and commercial litigation. Ms. Bilotti assisted with a broad range of land use applications, and various aspects of zoning and municipal law litigation. Ms. Bilotti also handled various aspects of Article 78 proceedings and engaged in various stages of commercial litigation.

Previously, Ms. Bilotti was an associate with the law firm of Rivkin Radler, LLP where she practiced in the areas of trusts and estates and real estate. Ms. Bilotti was involved in all aspects of estate planning and administration, including the preparation of wills and trusts for high net worth individuals and the analysis of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax issues. She also focused on the preparation of estate tax returns, gift tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns, as well as the distribution of estate assets to estate beneficiaries and post-mortem tax-planning to facilitate the transfer of wealth from one generation to another.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, LLP, Ms. Bilotti served as an intern at the Eastern District of New York for Magistrate Judge Arlene Lindsay where she assisted in drafting judicial opinions and orders for review by the Magistrate Judge.
Ms. Bilotti graduated magna cum laude from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, in Huntington, New York in 2001 where she served as Research Editor for the Touro Law Review. Ms. Bilotti received her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences Degree from Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, New York in 1997. Ms. Bilotti is admitted to the New York Bar and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
